It’s why we made sure our drivers will put their paychecks up against anybody’s!
It’s why our OTR drivers earn two days off at home per week out, not just one or one and a half like the other guys. What good is a big paycheck if you’re never home to enjoy it?
And it’s why our OTR drivers drive gorgeous, spacious, late model Kenworth T680s and ergonomic Volvo 780s that ride like a dream. Knowing how drivers hate to slipseat, we did away with it, and we’ll put your name or handle on the door to mark your territory.
And we equip them with:
- Refrigerators—no schlepping coolers and ice bags!
- Webasto heaters—idling to stay warm in the winter is a thing of the past.
- Toll transponders—breeze through the toll booths.
- Inverter—run your microwave, computer, etc.
They’re maintained in-house by our own shop, managed by one of our owners who’s quite serious about maintenance.
